Established by two partners with 11 years of Swiss operational experience, we founded OpenSkyServices to address the "Operational Core" vulnerability of the hospitality industry. Having managed through the daily pressures of the on-the-floor reality, we observe that the primary causes of operational instability in the "Operational Core" are not just labour shortages, but the critical mismatch between employees’ resilience and commitment profiles and the unique business's environmental and operational demands.

Activities are conducted online via digital communication channels. It offers professional support to applicants and organises virtual volunteering training programmes for students (future professionals). Der Zweck des Unternehmens ist es, private Arbeitsvermittlungs- und Rekrutierungsdienste für die Gastronomie-, Gastgewerbe- und Hotelbranche anzubieten, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf Küchen-, Service-, Hauswirtschafts- und Reinigungspersonal liegt. 1. The "No-Fee" Principle (Kostenlosigkeit für Stellensuchende): In strict accordance with Art. 8 AVG, OpenSkyServices KLG never charges candidates, job seekers, or students for recruitment, placement, or counselling services. The hiring employer pays our fees exclusively.
2. Transparency and Honesty (Transparenz und Aufrichtigkeit): We provide candidates with a clear and honest overview of the role, the L-GAV salary classifications, and the working conditions in Switzerland. We do not omit "stress factors" of the industry, ensuring that both parties enter a contract with full knowledge.
3. Non-Discrimination (Nichtdiskriminierung): We promote equal opportunity. Candidates are assessed solely on their professional qualifications, technical skills, and psychological fit (Resilience Gate), regardless of gender, origin, religion, or age.
4. Data Privacy: nDSG Compliance (Datenschutz nDSG-Konformität): Candidate data is treated with the utmost confidentiality. Dossiers are only shared with potential employers after obtaining explicit, per-transfer consent from the candidate.
