1. The "No-Fee" Principle (Kostenlosigkeit für Stellensuchende): In strict accordance with Art. 8 AVG, OpenSkyServices KLG never charges candidates, job seekers, or students for recruitment, placement, or counselling services. Our fees are exclusively paid by the hiring employer.

2. Transparency and Honesty (Transparenz und Aufrichtigkeit): We provide candidates with a clear and honest overview of the role, the L-GAV salary classifications, and the working conditions in Switzerland. We do not omit "stress factors" of the industry, ensuring that both parties enter a contract with full knowledge.

3. Non-Discrimination (Nichtdiskriminierung): We promote equal opportunity. Candidates are assessed solely on their professional qualifications, technical skills, and psychological fit (Resilience Gate), regardless of gender, origin, religion, or age.

4. Data Privacy: nDSG Compliance (Datenschutz nDSG-Konformität): Candidate data is treated with the utmost confidentiality. Dossiers are only shared with potential employers after obtaining explicit, per-transfer consent from the candidate.
